Folusho Olorunda: LLB, BL; LLM: MCiarb. Folusho Obtained his LLB and LLM from Lagos State University and is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA).
Folusho overseas the law firm based on his wealth of experience in Administration and extensive knowledge of law. He has particular interest in Commercial law practice as he sits on the Board of several companies. He also has particular interest in Maritime law, Insurance law, Family law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)
Due to the nature of some disputes, going through the process of Litigation can be considered costly, tedious and time consuming, therefore parties seeking to resolve their disputes, are usually advised on the alternative means of dispute resolution, such as Arbitration. This is a method of dispute resolution that involves one or more neutral third parties who are usually agreed to by the disputing parties and whose decision is binding.
BANKING/CORPORATE LAW, INSOLVENCY AND CREDITOR’S RIGHTS

CONSTITUTIONAL / ADMINISTRATIVE LAW & HUMAN RIGHTS
Constitutional Law regulates the structure of government, rights, duties of the individual and provision of remedies for unconstitutional acts of the government and public authorities, and even private individuals and corporate persons partaking in area of breaches of human/constitutional rights. On the other hand, Administrative Law covers the nature of the powers of these organs of government, especially in the manner of their exercise.
